After filling out the form below (or if you are a current member who wants to renew membership), there are three ways to pay 2008 dues ($5.00 or $5.50 if paying online):

Send 2008 dues to: Friends of Oak Park Dogs P.O. Box 4054 Oak Park, IL 60301 (Note: Please send personal checks only, not cash)	You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit card or bank account: (Note: A $0.50 processing fee will be applied to this online payment )	You can often find a FOOPD board member or officer at Dog Park Plus on weekend mornings. Just ask! You can also pay dues at any FOOPD meeting or special event.

If you do NOT want to join our email list, use friendsofoakparkdogs@gmail.com as your email address. Also please indicate how you plan to play 2008 dues. Proxies are the names of people who can vote as your proxy if you can't attend a FOOPD meeting.
