Create Your Dog’s Personal Web Page!

Personal Web Pages are a new benefit for FOOPD members for 2008! Let your dog's personality shine through with his or her very own web page, accessible through your dog's 2008 Dogbook photo listing. There are five options for your dog in the 2008 Dogbook:

1. Web Page Link If your dog has a web page (i.e. from dogster.com), a personal or business web site, or even a dog blog, we will link to it!	2. Hosted on FOOPD Send your dog data to FOOPD. We'll set up your PWP page! You can also choose to send additional photos.	3. Use 2007 Dogbook Data This transfers your dog's information from the 2007 Dogbook to the PWP page.
4. No Web Page Link This keeps your dog listed in the 2008 Dogbook, but he or she will not have a link to a PWP page.	5. Remove Dog Completely This removes your dog completely from the 2008 Dogbook.	Photo Options You also get to choose the manner in which to add photo(s) to your PWP page. Read below for full details.

Using the Form Below

Starred (*) items are required. Choose your PWP option. Please allow 24 hours for changes to take effect.

If you choose "Web Page Link" or "Hosted on FOOPD," use the "Custom Dog Data" field to enter your web page URL or dog data. The "Custom Dog Data" text box automatically expands; there is no text limit. Alternatively, you can send your dog data directly to friendsofoakparkdogs@gmail.com.

If you ever want to correct or update your PWP page, choose the Correction or Update option, then use the "Custom Dog Data" field and specify what correction or update you'd like to add. Please allow 24 hours for changes to take effect.

Custom Dog Data Examples All Dog Data fields are optional. Fill out as much or as little as you wish. You are also free to add, edit or delete data categories as you see fit. Be creative! Just copy and paste the categories you want into the text box to the left, or make up your own. Your data will appear in the order that you list it. How to Submit Photos

Each dog can opt to have one or two photos in the 2008 Dogbook: One is used for the main photo; a second (optional) photo is used for the smaller directory photo. If only one photo is available, the same photo is used for both the main and directory photos. Look for FOOPD photographers at Dog Park Plus throughout the year for opportunities to have your dog's picture taken for the 2008 Dogbook.

You can also submit your own photo(s) for the 2008 Dogbook. Just fill out this special email Dogbook Photo Form, then attach your photo(s) to it. If that form doesn't work, send an email to friendsofoakparkdogs@gmail.com with the photos attached. Make sure you list which photo is the main photo and which is the for the thumbnail.

In addition, for pages "Hosted on FOOPD," you can place up to three additional dog photos (and optional captions) on your Personal Web Page. You also have the option of a fourth photo for the dog's owner (or owners). Fill out a special email Extra Photo Submission Form, then attach your photo(s) to it. If that form doesn't work, send an email to friendsofoakparkdogs@gmail.com with the additional photo(s) attached. Make sure you list the photo order and include captions if you want them.
